Teaching–Learning Approach
At Asian Institute of Management and Information Technology (AIMIT), teaching and learning are driven by the principles of Maulana Mazharul Haque Arabic and Persian University, Patna and AICTE regulations, focusing on holistic development and lifelong learning.
As an academic teacher, I adopt student-centric pedagogy, including experiential learning, problem-based learning, collaborative learning, and ICT-enabled teaching methods. Our instructional practices align with AICTE’s Outcome-Based Education (OBE) framework, ensuring achievement of defined Course Outcomes and enhancement of cognitive, analytical, and professional skills.
We encourage innovation, ethical reasoning, research aptitude, and continuous self-improvement among students.
Through mentoring and academic guidance, we strive to prepare students for higher education, entrepreneurship, and industry readiness.
