The College was established as a Knowledge Resource Centre of
Maulana Mazharul Haque Arabic & Persian University, Patna in the year 2010 for conducting various U.G. Vocational Programmes such as BCA, BBA, Library Science, Computer Hardware & Networking, DOL (Diploma in Oriental Librarianship), PRA (Panchayati Raj Accountancy), Advanced Certificate in Banking & Financial Management and many other career-oriented programmes.
Since its beginning in 2010, Asian Institute of Management & Information Technology (AIMIT) has become one of the most reputed Knowledge Resource Centres for Professional and Vocational Education in Bihar. The institution is widely recognized as a centre of excellence in the fields of Management, Information Technology, Media Education, Vocational and Professional Studies.
